It's NTShitC, but the txt file claims it's PAL, the French VJ comes from French broadcast that was PAL, so the DVD was eithe switched, or converted, please upload original PAL.

DeleteI am looking for the French PAL broadcast everywhere and this one must have been converted back to NTSC by someone.
It would be logical, the first time it surfaced it was from French TV in PAL and PAL concerts are known to be converted to NTSC for Japanese and american traders... OR by bootleg labels in Japan, this is why I can't find 1989 Moscow, or 1995 Malta concerts in PAL...
